Today we launched MerryBody 2 out into the world and things couldn't of felt sweeter.Yes the heart was racing. Yes there was A LOT of work. A LOT of hours. A LOT of time. But most of all there was a whole lotta LOVE and JOY. It feels amazing to create a program that's filled with goodness. Something that I know wholeheartedly has the power to completley change people's lives... because the stuff that's in there changed mine. Huge high five to my BFF, my sissy, my biz partner @merryemmy for making this happen (bigger, better and brighter than before, you’re actually a rock star) plus so many others that just continue to support the growing vision and mission of everything Merry. Especially mum and dad.If you've ever said to me "I'm so excited for you." "Well done." "I'm so proud of you." etc etc etc I want to say thank you. Because even though sometimes it's hard to give praise, sometimes we want to bottle it up and keep it to ourselves and not share the love (because sharing loving feeling words is hard sometimes, I know) that your words mean somenthing. That your words inspire me to keep merrymaking. So thank you to the many people I've heard that from. Your words and support never go unnoticed and I am truly grateful.And then I want to thank my own heart. My own intuition and my own courage (and yours too @merryemmy) for actually believing in us and not being afraid to change. Not being afraid to take action.
