Anyone else get scammed by Apple’s trade in partner, Phobio? I sent in my MacBook Pro in perfect condition and they sent this photo to devaluate my offer. I’ve read this is happening to tons of people. I’m wondering if they are sending out the same bs photos of damaged computers. : mac | Zootzle
