The Shade Room on Instagram: "TSR Staff: Cassandra S. @__casmarie _______________________________#Roommates, it’s been a week since the fatal stabbing of 27-year-old #ChristianTobyObumseli. The past days have brought questions about his past social media use, footage of his girlfriend and social media influencer #CourtneyTailor drenched in what’s assumed to be his blood and still no official suspect named by Miami Police. _______________________________Now, Christian’s brother #JefferyObumseli has addressed continued criticisms of Christian’s resurfaced tweets. His Twitter activity included ill comments towards Black women in particular, such as labeling them loud and disgraceful. Some of the tweets date back to early 2012, when Christian was still a teenager. _______________________________Jeffery’s statement acknowledged the “ignorant and repulsive tweets,” but made it clear that his brother’s past tweets don’t diminish his family’s demand for a through investigation. He also expressed that the Obumseli family has a “long, legal battle” ahead of them and needs the community’s support. Thoughts, #Roommates? (SWIPE)" | Zootzle
