Public Safety Restored After Suspects Threaten Tow-Truck DriverOn September 17, officers responded to a report of two male suspects following and threatening a tow-truck driver in the 10000 block of Rail Way.The suspects threatened to spray the driver with bear mace and to slash his tires. They threw rocks and a metal pipe at his truck, causing significant damage. One suspect stole an electronic device from inside the vehicle.Officers quickly searched the nearby apartment complex and located both suspects hiding in a stairwellâstill in possession of bear mace.
