I started a new radio show in January, it felt like a blank canvas to achieve something outside of work for myself too. I turn 30 at the end of June so wanted to get fit for 30. I started training in January with @jaytrainz and he’s motivated me the whole way through.. We’ve only actually just got started but wanted to post this to show you that if I can do this.. anyone bloody can!
