Robert Hale on Instagram: "Day +065Surgery went as planned, I was extremely tired before hand and had a really hard time waking up but I managed to pee in a pot and satisfy the nurses for discharge. Yes, I wore the hat and glasses down to theatre because I forgot to take them off. They did remove them before putting me to sleep but when I awoke in my room i was wearing them again!I was seen surprisingly quick today, I thinkthey'dd had a canclation, so I got bumped up the list and I only had about 20 minutes to wait before going to theatre They've fitted me with a second prosthetic ball which apparently comes with a whole raft of infection risks but at least next week when I look down they'll appear normal and I won't be greeted by a goose egg and a grape every time I shower!! They've bound them up just like last time (think geisha feet) but luckily I don't have anothrr king Charles fingers situation with swelling.
